This project involved the demolition of an existing residence, site clearing and preparations, and the construction of a new seniors living development, incorporating a significant basement excavation and internal lift.

Due to the significant earthworks required for the proposed development, AscentGeo carried out our geotechnical assessment in stages to correspond with the clients requirements and the various stages of the Council DA process.

The project was approved by Northern Beaches Council, and is currently under construction. AscentGeo are attending the site regularly to certify foundation materials for footings and to provide consulting services at various project hold points.
